    Although still not very popular, pasta produced in the Liguria region has very old origins: the most ancient pasta factory has risen in Savona, in the heart of the Ligurian Riviera. Quality of our pasta derives from an accurate choice of the most refined wheat and by a craftsmanship through a slow drying and low temperature which allows to preserve its fragrance.
